[NPM(Node Package Manager) 설치여부 및 버전 확인 ] 

> npm -v

[create-react-app 모듈 설치 ] 

> npm install -g create-react-app

[create-react-app을 활용한 프로젝트 생성 ]

프로젝트를 생성할 디렉토리로 이동 후

> npx create-react-app create-project

or

> create-react-app create-project

> cd create-project

> npm install
